MACEDON, Thessalonica. Gordian III. AD 238-244. Æ (26mm, 10.26 g, 7h). Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Apollo standing left, head right, resting arm on head and holding cithara set on tripod. SNG ANS –; Touratsoglou 137 (V29/R96). VF, green and red patina, a few deposits. Same obverse die as lot xxx.
